How to take Precautions after tattooed?

Avoid immersing your tattoo in water or do not let it sit in water for an extended length of time. This prohibits using bathtubs, hot tubs, swimming pools, or open water for at least two weeks.

Use antibacterial soap and water to gently wash the tattoo, and make sure to pat it dry afterward. Do not place another bandage on top of the antibiotic application; Do this three times daily. Before reapplying the antibiotic ointment, carefully cleanse the tattoo area twice daily with soap and water.

Points to Remember after Tattoo Care:

  • Avoid tattooed portions from sunlight.
  • Avoid wearing tight clothing while the tattoo is healing.
  • Avoid hot water as it can fade the ink.
  • Gently wash your tattoo with mild soap.
  • Apply ointment a few times a day to prevent infection.
  • It will take 2 weeks or a month for healing the tattoo.
